A private investor, advised by London Clancy, has sold the freehold investment of three properties, totalling 27,137 sq ft of mixed industrial and business space property at The Old Brick Kiln, Ramsdell near Basingstoke in Hampshire.

The three properties have been purchased, at an undisclosed figure, by a private investor.

Jim London, a consultant of London Clancy, said: "Totalling around 3.75-acres, The Old Brick Kiln comprises a very attractive group of modern business units and an industrial/warehouse property in an accessible, rural location.

Tenants at The Old Brick Kiln estate include Lifemarque Ltd, Aerotech and Testo Industrial Services Ltd.

The buyer was unrepresented in the transaction.
