Accent Housing takes refurbished office space at Watchmoor Park, Camberley, Surrey.


London Clancy has advised Accent Housing in the acquisition of 1,651 sq ft of refurbished office space at Building A, Watchmoor Park, Camberley in Surrey from Brighton Investments.

The social housing provider has taken part of the first floor in the west wing of the three-storey, business park property on a new ten-year lease.

Mark Clancy, a consultant to London Clancy, said: "Our client needed to relocate its operation in Camberley and Watchmoor Park provides not only modern and accessible office space but also a superb parkland setting close to local amenities."
