On behalf of private clients, London Clancy has sold a 0.18 acre development opportunity in the centre of Basingstoke.
The site, which was formerly occupied by a national car and van hire business and benefiting from a prominent position to the west of the town, and is highly visible from the inner ring road.
London Clancy sought bids in 2018 and following a successful marketing campaign the site was sold in April 2018 and a deal concluded within 28 days thereafter.
The site attracted significant interest from both owner occupiers and developers.
