  • Schedule viewings for directors and staff at all levels – reducing directors & management time and maintain staff involvement in the process.
  • Use our market knowledge and expertise to run negotiations with developers and/or agents to secure the best possible terms. Typically, we will advise on price or lease terms, rental levels, break provisions, lease incentives, rent reviews, service charges, repairing obligations, business rates and any issue that may impact on the value of the asset or on going liability.
  • Coordinate and manage other specialist consultants and contractors such as space planners, environmental surveyors and M&E.  Our project management team can include the role of employer's agent on a fixed price contract.
  • Brief solicitors and legal team, coordinate legal process and advise on contractual terms.
  • Undertake structural building surveys & schedules of condition.
  • Prepare tender documentation for building works and supervise project.
  • Keep process moving to achieve relocation on time and within budget.

We are totally flexible as to how our fees are structured. At the end of the project we want our clients to be certain that our costs have paid for themselves many times over. We are confident that they will. Our philosophy is to create long term client relationships. Most of our clients are referrals or repeat business.

Clients who have used our services before know that we provide value for money, and are generally happy to work on a time basis within agreed budgets. Alternatively we can structure our fees on a performance related basis, or agree a fixed fee.
