Property Valuations
London Clancy regularly undertakes formal valuations on behalf of banks and lending institutions, SIPP providers, property companies, investment companies, and private individuals. We act in the capacity of external valuer in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Standards.

We deal with valuations on properties of all sizes and complexities. We do not delegate valuations to junior staff. Our philosophy is centred on client service, providing fast, accurate and pro-active advice to ensure both lenders and borrowers fully appreciate not only the headline valuation figure, but also the broader issues relevant to a particular circumstances.
We act for most of the major banks, including Barclays, HSBC, NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland, Allied Irish Bank, Bank of Ireland, Bank of Scotland, and Handelsbanken providing commercial property asset valuations and development appraisals for secured lending purposes.
Where appropriate our advice fully complies with the Practice Statements and Guidance Notes of the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards.
