Property Management

An adaptable bespoke service for institutional & private investors.

London Clancy's Property Management Department is based in the Basingstoke office and is supported by both the Camberley and Southampton Offices.

We currently act in a management capacity for more than 50 clients, with a total portfolio rent roll in excess of £3.5M per annum.

We deal with rent and service charge collection, providing the client with quarterly and annual statements.

We are also registered with the RICS for placing insurance business and in this capacity we have a block policy available for our clients at competitive rates.

As part of the service on offer we undertake regular property inspections and minor repairs and maintenance incorporating contract supervision. Our IT system is used to diarise rent reviews, break dates, redecoration intervals etc. The system also produces service charge statements and analysis.

Whilst the service London Clancy offers can be tailored to the client and the requirements of the physical construction and lease obligation, the following items are commonly included.
