FROM NEWBURY TO BASINGSTOKE 2SAVE ENERGY

Energy saving specialists, 2Save Energy has leased The Annexe at Field House Barn, Sherborne St. John from Field House Barn Limited.
The stylish converted barn offers 1,533 sq ft of attractive office space with exposed timber beams and external elevations with shiplap boarding.
Communications are excellent with easy access to the A33 and only three miles from the M3. Field House Barn was bought by FHBL in 2007 and the sitting tenant of The Annexe moved out in March 2008.
London Clancy advised FNBL and following comprehensive refurbishment the agents identified 2Save Energy Plc as the tenant and negotiated the terms.
The energy consultants who specialise in wireless electricity monitoring systems have moved from Newbury and Les Needs of 2Save Energy explains “ Sherborne St. John is more sustainable as a location for the majority of our staff. We wanted a large, open plan office and meeting room and a good parking provision. This is exactly what The Annexe provides”.
2Save Energy Plc has taken a five year lease with a break after three years. The original asking rent was £26,000 per annum exclusive. London Clancy acted for Field House Barn Limited.
