Arboriculturalists move in Arborfield!

Arboricultural Consultants, Tree Surveys and Training provider Landbased Training have taken a lease on Unit H Bridge Farm, Arborfield.

Following expansion of their consultancy and training practices Tree Surveys and Landbased Training have moved to accommodate both divisions under the same roof. The converted farm offices are owned by Farley Farms and Estate and comprise 1,266 sq ft which have been let for a term of 10 years with a five year break at a final rent of £15,192 per annum exclusive.

Simon Holmes, principal consultant with Tree Surveys said: -
"We have been considering a move for some time and the layout of the space at Bridge Farm allows us to create the much needed office space for the consultancy practice while accommodating the administration required for Landbased Training. The remaining space has been pleasantly converted into a spacious classroom and purpose built workshop. There is plenty of parking too".

"We are steadily redeveloping Bridge Farm and it is always encouraging to maintain close on 100% occupancy of the existing buildings while we do this" reported Farley's Estate Manager, Mark Robins. Mr Robins continued – "Our next project is to rebuild a barn to provide about 8,000 sq ft off offices which can be let as a whole or split into two units of 4,000 sq ft. Work is expected to start in Spring 2009 but we can bring this forward if the right party comes along in the meantime."
