Bassets move into Fordingbridge

Acting on behalf of a private client, London Clancy have negotiated the letting of 29-31 High Street, Fordingbridge to Bassets Sales & Lettings on a new effectively full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years at a commencing rent of £12,500 per annum exclusive.

The property, a grade II listed A2 retail unit, was extensively refurbished prior to marketing and comprises approximately 863 sq ft.
