Hampshire Partnership NHS Trust move into Colden Common

Acting on behalf of their client, Wilding Butler, London Clancy have successfully negotiated the letting of Suite A, Unit 2 Wessex Business Park, Colden Common to Hampshire Partnership NHS Trust on a new effectively full repairing and insuring lease.

Nicola Brennan, lettings negotiator for London Clancy said “We received a good level of interest for this well presented modern office suite. Colden Common has become more popular in recent years as the business park has expanded and new developments have been built. We are hopeful of achieving the same success with Suite B, Unit 2 Wessex Way, which has come onto the market in the last couple of weeks and is available from late June 2008 on a new lease. The suite comprises 1,415 sq ft and benefits from 6 car parking spaces.”

Phil Wilding of landlord Wilding Butler commented “I was delighted that suite A was let so quickly. London Clancy did a great job but it also demonstrates the quality of the offices.”
