London Clancy have successfully let 2 The Dean to Fowler & Smith on a 6 year lease for a private client. The 3,854 sq ft mid terrace warehouse was marketed at an inclusive rent of £1500 per month to reflect the flexible lease term.
Fowler & Smith have relocated from The Old Chapel which is on The Dean and fifty yards nearer Winchester Road in New Alresford.

Acting on behalf of Linde Material Handling (UK) Ltd, London Clancy are delighted to announce the letting of Affinity Point, Camberley.
The modern production/warehouse facility, which provides a total of just over 59,000 sq ft is situated in the heart of the Yorktown Business Park, Camberley’s main industrial area and with excellent accessibility to the M3 and M25.
Following a short successful marketing campaign, terms were agreed during the Lockdown period with a food wholesaler already based on the Yorktown Estate.
The letting shows the continued strength of the industrial/warehouse market in the M3 corridor.
