London Clancy, the regional property agents appoint new staff.  As commercial M3 and Solent Corridor property consultants, London Clancy are expanding their services.  Two new faces join the team with Mark Everett ABIFM and Sarah Bruce MRICS MSc BSc Hons.

Mark and Sarah will be working within the Property Management and Professional team based at the Basingstoke Head Office of the regional commercial property practice.

London Clancy have been in Basingstoke since 1990 and for them the story continues as Mark and Sarah join the practice. 

They will be handling a wide variety of commercial property management instructions for the business covering Hampshire Surrey and Berkshire.  As Mark said: “I am really looking forward to joining this dynamic team.  I am aiming to meet the existing clients and continue the well-respected work style that London Clancy employ.”

Likewise, the team at London Clancy are pleased to welcome these new members of staff into the company. At the same time, London Clancy announces the forthcoming retirement of James Gibb and Derek White.  Both of them have been with the firm for many years, and in the case of James from the very start as one of the founding Partners in 1990.   All of the staff of London Clancy will be sorry to see them both go. 

The Camberley office of London Clancy will continue from strength to strength. The office remains under the control of Keith Harpley. It’s business as usual.  Keith carries out agency work and specifically covers Camberley itself together with the Blackwater Valley.

A relocation of the Camberley office is planned for later in the year.
