The premises have offices to the front, 3 loading doors, heating and lighting throughout and a secure yard providing ample parking. The quoting rental was £80,000 per annum.

Arboricultural Consultants, Tree Surveys and Training provider Landbased Training have taken a lease on Unit H Bridge Farm, Arborfield.

Following expansion of their consultancy and training practices Tree Surveys and Landbased Training have moved to accommodate both divisions under the same roof. On behalf of our client, John Shefras Organisation Ltd, Unit 10 has been let to Best Auto Centres Ltd on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years, subject to rent review at the end of the fifth year of the term at an undisclosed commencing rent.

 

31 South Hampshire Industrial Park

Unit 31 has been sold to Corrotherm International on behalf of our client, RST Precision Engineering, for a sum of £475,000 for the virtual freehold.

 

Finns Business Park, Crondall

Unit 12, Finns Business Park, Crondall  has been sold by London Clancy/Austin Phoenix.  The unit has a floor area of 2,100 sq ft and was sold at the asking price of £235,000 for the freehold interest to a private buyer.

9/10 Brickfield Trading Estate, Chandlers Ford

Acting on behalf of their client Paultons Properties, London Clancy have successfully negotiated the letting of Units 9/10 Brickfield Trading Estate, Chandlers Ford to Optical Distribution Services Ltd on a new full repairing lease for a term of 10 years.  The units total 4,600 sq ft.

 

Midhurst - Investment Acquisition

Acting on behalf of a private investor, London Clancy have acquired a retail and residential investment in West Street, Midhurst.  The property includes three retail units let to Prezzo, Henry Adams and Strutt & Parker.  The price paid of £1,085,000 equates to a net yield of 6.82% assuming costs at 5.75%.  London Clancy are now seeking further investments on behalf of this private client.
