Mark acts for Hampshire based companies such as Macmillan Publishers, Alberto-Culver, Linde and SSI across their nationwide portfolios, [which together exceed 100,000 sq.m,] and providing services that range from valuations, rating appeals and rent reviews to acquisitions and general property consultancy.
Mark has also acquired retail and office units for Travelbag across the country and has provided landlord and tenant and rating services to KFC throughout England.
Mark recently acted for Lamron Securities in acquiring a 3.92 Ha. retail warehouse site in Andover. The site has been developed for Wickes and KFC and was forward sold to Imperial Tobacco Pension Trustees Ltd.
