Keith's experience spans 34 years in commercial property agency in Hampshire and Surrey. He has acted for hundreds of clients over the years including Brixton Plc., The Automobile Association, McKay Securities Plc., Delancey Plc., KFC, Lloyds TSB, Oxfam, Boots Plc., British Gas, Kindale Ltd., Teesland idg, London & Cambridge Properties, Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, etc..
Based at the Basingstoke office, Keith handles the sale and letting of offices, industrial and retail premises within Basingstoke and nearby towns and villages. He also covers retail agency for the Camberley office in the Blackwater Valley towns of Camberley, Farnborough, Fleet, Aldershot and Farnham.
Keith has been working in the Basingstoke, Andover, Alton and Blackwater Valley commercial property market for his entire career and, as would be expected, has a very in-depth knowledge of the market. Keith is a great believer in the London Clancy hands on approach, enabling him to give a personal service, seeing projects through with a client from initial instruction to final hand over.
