Jim has 31 years experience in commercial property and has had a range of experience from rent review, valuation work through to land options and conditional contracts.
During the last 25 years much of his experience has been dealing with commercial agency, including the letting, disposal and acquisition of offices and warehouse properties.
Jim also has considerable experience dealing with development sites from inception and appraisal through to development, together with the acquisition and disposal of major investments on behalf of clients.
Recent clients include South East Water, National Grid, Linde, Equity Estates, Brixton plc, Lamron Estates, Ebookers, Zurich, Insight Investments, io/Teesland, Wilky Property Holdings, Gleeson Properties, Dolphin Head Group.
