Jonathan is one of the four founding Partners of London Clancy. He has considerable experience of Business Space Agency in the M3 corridor and beyond.
His work involves the disposal of existing buildings, speculative developments, multi-let estates and development sites for both landlord and tenant clients. He also advises occupier clients on strategic consultancy and property acquisition.
Jonathan has recently disposed of modern office properties on London Road Camberley, Knoll Road, Camberley, Stanhope Road, Camberley and at Sturt Road, Frimley Green. He is currently working with Slough Estates International on the development and marketing of their new industrial/logistics property development, "J4", on Yorktown Business Park, Camberley, comprising over 100,000 sq.ft. of top quality, new buildings.
