Gary has in excess of 18 years' experience and he now heads the Management Department in Basingstoke.
Gary previously worked for Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council in Property Services and gained a wide base of experience.
During his time with London Clancy he has re-structured the Management Department and has started to see the client base increase. The clientele includes ITV Plc. Centaur Grain Ltd, Lamron Estates, Paultons Properties and many other private investors with a rent role of c. £3.5M. Tenants include NCP, Leightons Opticians, Ranstad Employment, NHS, Roman's Estate Agents, Jessops, Argos and Betfred.
Our clients vary from multi-national companies to investors who hold single investments and private investors who have a portfolio of interests.
