London Clancy provides specialist advice to organisations with commercial property holdings, ranging from the letting, sale and acquisition of commercial real estate, to property development and investment, property valuation, rent reviews / lease renewals, appeals against business rates assessments and specialist building surveying services.
As an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, London Clancy's objective is to provide the very best service and advice based upon our considerable experience and knowledge of commercial property.
We have remained at the forefront of the market place by continual re-evaluation of the services that we provide and the ability to adapt to the changing markets needs. We continue to develop and expand our business.
The firm has offices in Basingstoke, Camberley and Southampton, and comprises one of the larger commercial property practices based outside London.
The strategic location of the three offices provides an ideal opportunity to cover the local market, whilst maintaining a strong liaison between the various departments and strengths of the particular offices.
